摘要：目的 观察穴位注射配合手功能训练改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿腕关节背屈角度的临床疗效。方法 将80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组在常规康复训练的基础上，采用穴位注射配合手功能训练，对照组仅进行常规康复训练。治疗20、60、100d时测量腕关节背屈活动角度，对比疗效。结果 治疗20、60、100d时观察组患儿腕关节背屈活动角度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 穴位注射配合手功能训练对改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿腕关节背屈角度疗效明显优于常规康复训练患儿。
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of acupoint injection accompanied with hand function training in improving wrist function of patients with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 80 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=40each). The observation group was given acupoint injection accompanied with hand function training in addition to the routine rehabilitation training, while the control group was given the hand function training only. Angles of wrist dorsiflexion were measured on 20, 60 and 100d, and curative effects were compared. Results Active range of wrist dorsiflexion was obviously better in the observation group than that of the control group on 20, 60 and 100d, and the differences were of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection accompanied with hand function training is better than simple hand function training in improving wrist dorsiflexion disorder of spastic cerebral palsy.
